Great location just off main shopping street with easy access to metro station. Quiet location despite being in the heart of Ginza, with plenty of food and shopping options nearby. Helpful staff provided early check-in and even offered a complimentary upgrade. High-quality shower.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the shopping district, just a few steps away from three different metro lines. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. You'll find a great selection of amenities in-room, including toiletries and free Wi-Fi.
The rooms are on the smaller side, which may be difficult for those who like more space to move around.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was right in the centre of the main shopping street in Ginza and also next to a subway station. The cleanliness was immaculate and the hotel had great facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a choice of Japanese, shabu-shabu, and continental options.
No negatives from this place.

Great location, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms with everything you need. Easy access to transportation, making it convenient for exploring the city.
The rooms are quite small, making it difficult to open suitcases and lacking storage options. The smell from the adjacent street may be bothersome if you want to keep the window open for fresh air.
